CHAKRA is a one-hour healing circle for anyone who wants focused Reiki in a small group. You will lie down for a guided meditation that works with three key chakras while I give hands-on Reiki at the single chakra you chose during booking. Expect to leave grounded, clear, and recharged.

What to expect
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. The flow is 5 minutes of grounding, 40 minutes of guided meditation with rotating hands-on Reiki, and 5 minutes of quiet close. Feel free to chat outside the studio after class.

What to wear and bring
Wear comfortable layers you can lie down in. Mats, cushions, and light blankets are provided. A limited number of weighted eye masks are available; bring your own if you prefer. A water bottle is recommended.

Refund policy
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Email me and I will handle it.
